Who is ClubKit for?
ClubKit is a managed merchandise platform for clubs, associations and community organisations, with Corporate & Workwear for businesses coming soon.
Is the store really free?
For eligible clubs and organisations, yes. There's no setup fee, no monthly fee and no stock to buy. Members pay for what they order, and your organisation earns up to 15% revenue share on eligible sales.
How much can we earn?
Eligible clubs and organisations earn up to 15% revenue share on eligible sales. That is a maximum, not a guaranteed rate, so what you earn depends on what your members buy. Use the earnings calculator to see an estimate.
What is the founding offer?
The first 15 clubs and organisations to join earn 15% revenue share on eligible sales instead of the standard 10%. There are 14 founding places left.
Who handles orders, embroidery and delivery?
We do. Members order and pay online, each item is embroidered to order, and we post it straight to their door. Your committee or team doesn’t handle stock, money or deliveries.
Do we need to buy stock or pay anything upfront?
No. Every item is made only when a member orders it, so there are no minimum orders and nothing to pay upfront.
How long does delivery take?
Because each item is embroidered to order, orders are usually posted within 7 to 14 business days.
What branding options do you offer?
We’re launching with embroidery on selected apparel and accessories. Your logo is reviewed for embroidery suitability before your range is approved.
Who is Kit?
Kit is ClubKit’s AI assistant. She can answer questions about ClubKit, help you explore our embroidered products and guide you through setting up your merchandise store.
Can Kit help with an existing order?
Kit doesn’t currently have access to order information. Please contact ClubKit for help with an existing order.
What do you need from us to get started?
Just your logo or crest, your colours and a contact person. Apply through the form and we'll take it from there.
What if a member orders the wrong size?
Returns and exchanges are covered by our refund policy.
